Profile of a Researcher, Writer & Marketer
I’m all about creating and sharing content in a variety of formats–enewsletters, case studies, how-to guides, research, blogs, podcasts–to help businesses and institutions connect with clients and prospects.
My career spans more than 20 years in publishing and research, as well as professional services marketing.
At RainToday.com, a marketing and sales resource for professional services, I lead site content development. Previously, I directed publishing and global distribution as associate director of Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government Case Program, the world’s largest publisher of case studies on public policy and management. Before that, I was a research associate at Harvard Business School and assistant director for new program development at Harvard University, where I coordinated the university’s 1st Conference on the Internet and Society way back when in 1996 (yeah, I don’t need to know you were just in elementary school at the time
).
I have extensive experience in marketing management in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors—as director of marketing for organizations including a leading business college, a regional law firm, and chamber of commerce. I earned an MBA from Bentley College and continued to learn a great deal and have loads of fun as an adjunct instructor teaching undergraduate marketing courses.
